Partner revenue is real revenue with terrible reporting
If you run affiliate or partner income, you already know the problem: every network has its own dashboard, its own attribution window, its own definition of a conversion, and its own idea of when it will pay you. Reconciling that manually eats a day a week and still leaves gaps.
We build the layer that pulls them together — think of it as affiliate tracking software, delivered as a managed service instead of another login. Postback endpoints capture conversions server-side as they happen. Link management keeps destination URLs editable in one place instead of buried across hundreds of pages. And a consolidated view puts every network numbers side by side on the same definitions.
The same infrastructure serves the other direction too — if you are running a partner programme rather than participating in one, the tracking requirements are largely identical.

The plumbing, built properly
Unglamorous infrastructure that quietly stops revenue leaking.
Link management
Cloaked, centrally managed redirect links so a changed destination is one edit rather than a site-wide find and replace.
Postback tracking
Server-to-server conversion capture with sub-ID passing, so conversions are recorded even when the browser does not cooperate.
Network consolidation
Data pulled from multiple affiliate networks into one reporting view on consistent definitions.
Sub-ID architecture
A parameter scheme that carries campaign, placement and page identity all the way through to the payout record.
Broken link monitoring
Automated checks across your outbound partner links with alerts when one starts returning an error or redirecting somewhere unexpected.
Attribution reconciliation
Affiliate attribution matched network-by-network against your own analytics, with the discrepancies quantified rather than ignored.
Compliance & disclosure
Affiliate relationship disclosures placed where regulators and ad platforms expect them, on every page that carries a partner link.
Payout tracking
Expected versus received revenue by network and period, so a missing payment gets noticed in the same month it happens.
Programme setup
Affiliate program management for businesses running their own programme: platform selection, commission structure, partner terms and fraud controls.
Map, instrument, consolidate
The order matters — you cannot consolidate data that was never captured consistently.
Map
Every network, link and revenue path documented, including the ones nobody has looked at in two years.
Instrument
Postbacks, sub-IDs and link management deployed so conversions arrive with their origin attached.
Consolidate
A single reporting view across networks, reconciled against your own analytics and refreshed daily.

What stops being a problem
None of this is exciting. It is the difference between knowing your partner revenue and estimating it.
- One number for partner revenue, not eleven tabs and a spreadsheet.
- Conversions attributed to a page, so you know which content earns.
- Broken links caught in hours instead of at the end of a quarter.
- Destination changes in one place, without editing hundreds of pages.
- Disclosures where they belong, keeping ad accounts and regulators satisfied.
About this service
Which networks can you consolidate?
Most of the common ones — Impact, PartnerStack, FirstPromoter, Rewardful, Tapfiliate, CJ, ShareASale and Travelpayouts among them. Where a network offers no API, we can still capture conversions through postbacks or, as a last resort, scheduled exports.
Can we advertise affiliate offers on Google or Meta?
Sometimes, and it depends heavily on the platform policies and the merchant own affiliate terms. What is never acceptable is pointing a paid ad straight at a raw affiliate link — it damages quality score, breaches most programme terms, and gets accounts suspended. Traffic goes to a page you own, which then links out.
Do we need a third-party tracking tool?
Not always. Some setups are served fine by careful sub-ID conventions plus GA4. Others genuinely need a dedicated attribution platform. We will tell you which you are before recommending a subscription.
Can you help set up our own partner programme?
Yes — as your affiliate marketing agency for setup, we handle platform selection, commission structure, partner terms, tracking and fraud controls. Running the ongoing partner recruitment is usually better handled in-house, and we will help you set that team up rather than sit between you and your partners.
Find the leaks
Send us a list of the networks you work with. The audit will show where conversions are going unrecorded and what the reconciliation gap looks like.
