Questions we get asked before the first call
Pricing, process, reporting and the awkward ones about guarantees. If yours is not here, email us and we will answer it properly.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Management fees are quoted after the audit, because scope drives the number — whether you are asking how much do SEO services cost or about PPC management, expect it to scale with the number of platforms, campaign complexity and the amount of build work involved rather than being a flat percentage of your spend. You pay the ad platforms directly for media — advertising budget never passes through our accounts.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Not a hard one, but below roughly ₹1,00,000 or $1,200 a month across all channels, there usually is not enough conversion data for optimisation to beat simply running the ads yourself well. If that is where you are, we will say so and suggest the audit plus a build-and-hand-over project instead of a retainer.
Are we tied into a contract?
No. After an initial setup period, engagements run month to month with 30 days notice on either side. We do ask for 60 to 90 days of runway at the start, because pulling out mid-learning-phase produces a result that reflects nothing but the interruption.
What does the free audit actually include?
A review of your ad account structure and search terms, verification of whether your conversion tracking is firing correctly, a look at the landing pages your traffic hits, and a written summary with the fixes we would prioritise. It takes about two working days and there is no obligation attached.
Who will actually run my account?
The person you speak with in the first call — usually the first thing worth checking when working out how to choose a digital marketing agency. We are a small team by design, and accounts are not passed to a junior after signing. You get a named contact and a direct line to them.
Do you work inside our ad accounts or your own?
Yours, always. You keep ownership of the accounts, the conversion history and the audience data. We request managed access through the platform own agency access system, and you can revoke it at any point without losing a thing.
How often will we hear from you?
A written monthly report, a live dashboard you can open any day, and ad-hoc contact whenever something needs a decision. Most clients settle into a fortnightly call. If you would rather have weekly, that is fine too.
What time zone do you work in?
We are based in Pune and work on IST, Monday to Saturday. In practice we overlap comfortably with Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and we schedule early-morning IST calls for North American clients.
How long before I see results?
Clicks and impressions arrive immediately; those are not results. Meaningful optimisation needs conversion volume, so we look for a clear direction on cost per acquisition by the end of month one and a stable, scalable position by month three. Longer sales cycles push that out proportionally.
What do you actually report on?
Cost per acquisition, conversion rate by source, revenue or pipeline attributed per channel, and what changed in the account that period. Impressions and click-through rate are included as diagnostics, not headlines.
Can you guarantee a specific ROAS or ranking?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Ad auctions and search results are competitive systems nobody controls. What we can commit to is a defined process, honest measurement and telling you early when something is not working.
What if a channel does not work?
We stop spending on it and say so in the report. Some channels genuinely do not suit some businesses. Continuing to fund one because it is in the contract is how agencies lose clients in month six.
What is conversion tracking, and can you fix ours?
That is usually the first thing we do. Broken or double-counted conversions are the single most common problem we find, and every optimisation decision downstream inherits the error. We will map every event, test it end to end, and give you a written tracking specification.
Do you handle landing pages, or do we?
We can build them, or work with pages you control. What we will not do is send paid traffic to a page nobody can edit — that removes the main lever for improving conversion rate and makes the whole engagement slower than it needs to be.
Why is my Google Ads account suspended? Can you help?
Sometimes. We can review the account against the policy that was cited, prepare the appeal, and rebuild the landing pages and disclosures that triggered it. What we will not do is help circumvent a suspension — new accounts to dodge an enforcement, proxy setups or identity workarounds. Those approaches end the same way every time.
Which industries will you not take on?
Anything where the platform policies make a sustainable account unlikely, and categories we are not equipped to advertise responsibly. If yours falls into that group we will tell you in the first conversation rather than take a setup fee and discover it later.
Still have a question?
Send it over. We answer email from a real address, usually within one working day.
