Most leads do not convert on the visit that created them
For anything with a considered purchase, the majority of people who fill in your form are not ready yet. Without email marketing automation, that entire group is written off as a bad lead — and the acquisition cost that produced them gets charged against the few who happened to be ready.
Automation changes the arithmetic. As your marketing automation agency, we build nurture sequences that convert even a small extra share of that group — lowering your blended cost per customer more reliably than most bid optimisation ever will.
The work is unglamorous: get the domain authenticated so mail arrives, segment properly, write sequences worth opening, and connect the site events that tell the system what someone actually did.

From deliverability up
There is no point writing a good sequence that lands in spam, so email deliverability is where we start — at the DNS records.
Deliverability setup
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured and validated, dedicated sending subdomains where appropriate, and warm-up scheduling for new domains.
List hygiene
Suppression handling, re-engagement or removal of dead contacts, and bounce management — the fastest route to better inbox placement.
Segmentation
Contacts grouped by source, behaviour and lifecycle stage instead of one list receiving one message.
Welcome sequences
The highest-engagement email anyone will ever receive from you, used properly rather than as a single auto-reply.
Nurture & education
Sequences that answer the objections your sales conversations already surface, spaced to the length of your real buying cycle.
Behavioural triggers
Emails fired by what someone did on site — pricing page visits, abandoned carts, feature usage, inactivity.
Win-back & retention
Lapsed customer and churned trial flows, plus renewal reminders where the model calls for them.
CRM integration
Two-way sync with your CRM, lead scoring, and hand-off rules so sales gets contacted leads at the right moment.
Reporting
Open and click rates as diagnostics; revenue per recipient and sequence-attributed conversions as the actual scorecard.
Fix, then build, then automate
In that order. Automating a broken list just delivers the same problem faster.
Deliverability
Authentication records, sending reputation and list health assessed and repaired before a single new send.
Foundations
Welcome and core lifecycle sequences written and launched — the flows every contact should hit.
Triggers
Site and product events connected, so behaviour drives messaging instead of a fixed calendar.
Optimise
Subject line, timing and offer testing against revenue per recipient rather than open rate.

What it is worth
A well-built lifecycle programme typically becomes one of the cheapest revenue lines in the business, because the acquisition cost was already paid by a different channel.
- Mail that reaches the inbox, verified rather than assumed.
- A defined journey per segment, so nobody sits in the list receiving nothing.
- Sales talking to warmer leads, with scoring that reflects real behaviour.
- Revenue attributed to sequences, separated from broadcast campaigns.
- Lower blended acquisition cost, because more of what you already bought converts.
About this service
Which email platform do you work with?
Most of the mainstream marketing automation platforms — MailerLite, Klaviyo, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot and Mailchimp among them. If you already have a platform we will work in it. If you are choosing, we will recommend based on your data model and budget rather than a partner commission.
Our emails go to spam. Can that be fixed?
Usually. It is typically missing or misconfigured authentication records, a shared IP with poor reputation, or a list containing addresses that have not engaged in years. All three are fixable, though reputation recovery takes a few weeks of disciplined sending.
Do you write the emails?
Yes, or we brief and edit if you have a writer. The sequences that work tend to be the ones that answer objections your sales team hears daily, so we usually start by listening to a few of those conversations.
Is this GDPR and DPDP compliant?
We build to consent-based sending: clear opt-in, working unsubscribe, documented lawful basis and records of consent. We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice — for a formal compliance opinion you would want your own counsel.
Start with a deliverability check
We will look at your DNS records, list health and existing flows, and tell you what is stopping mail from landing. It is part of the free audit.
